We ship using Royal Mail on the next business day after your order has been processed. It takes between 3-10 days for Royal Mail to deliver. We have delivery confirmation attached so we can track the packages at any point during delivery.

Refund Policy
We have a 30 day 100% satisfaction guarantee policy on all shipments. A FULL refund is processed for any shipment that adheres to our refund policy.

4) Depending on the bank that issues the credit card you used, your refund can take up to thirty 30 days to appear on your credit card statement. 5) The product must be in the same condition that it was shipped to you.
